Returns & Refunds — Our 90-Day Smooth-Skin Guarantee

IPL takes weeks to work, so a short return window would be worthless. That's why every naema one comes with a 90-day smooth-skin guarantee: follow the plan (1–2 sessions a week), and if you don't see visibly less hair by week 12, we'll refund you in full.

How it works

• You can return your naema one for any reason within 90 days of delivery — including "it didn't work for me". Normal use is expected; you don't need to keep it unopened.
• Return the device with its accessories (protective glasses, razor, power adapter) in reasonable condition.
• No restocking fees. No minimum-use requirements.

Refunds

Once your return is received, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
