Every order is protected by our 60-night comfort guarantee. If your Nexova sleeves aren't right for you, you have 60 nights from delivery to return them for a full refund of the product price.
How to start
Email support@nexova.ae with your order number and reason. We reply within 24 hours with simple instructions.
Good to know
- Items should be in resellable condition — gently used is fine.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
- Wrong size? We'll exchange it at no extra product cost.
- Arrived damaged or incorrect? Email us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll fix it right away.
