Welcome to Nexova. By accessing or purchasing from this store you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products & pricing

Nexova bamboo knee sleeves are wellness and comfort products, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always follow the advice of your healthcare professional. All prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED). We may update prices, products and promotions at any time.

2. Orders

After placing an order you'll receive an email confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

3. Payment

We accept prepaid debit and credit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely and we do not store your full card details. We do not offer cash on delivery.

4. Shipping & returns

Delivery timelines and our 60-night return policy are described on our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, images, logos and the Nexova name — is our property or used under licence and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexova is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
